Assistant Manager, Showroom Strategy and Delivery

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of seasonal wholesale market activity, showroom events, and digital showroom experiences.
• Lead the strategic end-to-end delivery of the Virtual Showroom, including content strategy and platform development.
• Manage seasonal operational planning, aligning product development schedules and delivery milestones.
• Oversee the delivery of luxury showroom events such as press previews, client activations, and sales campaigns.
• Manage seasonal vendors and suppliers, including catering, models, and temporary staff.
• Drive showroom storytelling and merchandising initiatives to align with brand objectives.
• Lead the production of showroom content and digital assets for wholesale platforms.
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including financial administration, reporting, and budget support.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows to improve efficiency across seasonal projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects within luxury fashion, retail, or creative industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
• Experience planning and delivering high-profile events or showroom activations.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing critical paths and multiple priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
