Assistant Manager Show - Performance Lake

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functioning of AV systems including sound, lighting, projection, and control networks
• Monitor and troubleshoot AV control systems such as QLab, Crestron, and Navigator CSC
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LED walls, speakers, projectors, and control gear
• Supervise AV technicians and coordinate with other departments for seamless event execution
• Lead inspections to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with brand standards and local regulations
• Collaborate with creative teams to assess technical feasibility and execute show concept mock-ups
• Enforce safety procedures for rigging, flying systems, and aerial show equipment

Requirements

• Degree in Audio Engineering, Technical Theatre, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in AV technical services
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in AV control systems and show technologies
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and international entertainment standards
• Expert-level technical skills in show operations and AV systems
