Assistant Manager Show - Performance Lake

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functioning of AV systems including sound, lighting, projection, and control networks
• Monitor and troubleshoot AV control systems such as QLab, Crestron, and Navigator CSC
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LED walls, speakers, projectors, and control gear
• Supervise AV technicians and coordinate with other departments for seamless event execution
• Support technical design reviews and collaborate with creative teams on new show concepts
• Enforce safety procedures for rigging, flying systems, and aerial show equipment
• Ensure all AV setups meet electrical safety standards and local regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Audio Engineering, Technical Theatre, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in AV technical services
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in AV control systems and show technologies
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and international entertainment standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management capabilities
