About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the department manager in daily operations
- Oversee administrative processes and staff scheduling
- Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, or collaboration
- Proactively respond to customer needs
- Work hands-on to support the team during busy periods
Requirements
- Proactive approach to customer service
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to handle concrete challenges and maintain a broad perspective
- Willingness to work hands-on and assist where needed
- Experience in retail or wholesale is a plus
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
