Assistant Manager Services

Responsibilities

• Support the department manager in daily operations
• Oversee administrative processes and staff scheduling
• Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, or collaboration
• Proactively respond to customer needs
• Work hands-on to support the team during busy periods

Requirements

• Proactive approach to customer service
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Ability to handle concrete challenges and maintain a broad perspective
• Willingness to work hands-on and assist where needed
• Experience in retail or wholesale is a plus
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
