Assistant Manager - SEO

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and web developers, to integrate SEO requirements into the development process.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues impacting search engine rankings and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of professional experience in SEO.
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving significant increases in organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other SEO-related certifications.
