About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the safety & security department
- Improve guest satisfaction and comfort through timely responses to enquiries
- Deliver on safety & security initiatives and hotel targets
- Manage the maintenance team and foster a culture of growth and performance
- Oversee the departmental budget, costs, and inventory control
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance programme
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practice activities for audits
