About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the success of Retail Sales and Customer Service teams within the branch
- Drive a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and provide financial advice
- Coach team members on an individual basis to achieve personal and branch-wide goals
- Execute business strategies and initiatives to meet specific individual and team objectives
- Assist in building and strengthening new and existing customer relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in people management and engaging diverse teams
- Background in personal banking and sales management
- Ability to build strong relationships focused on client experience and business growth
- Valid license to sell mutual funds
- Completion of the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or bank-recognized equivalent)
- Ability to meet educational requirements to act as an Alternate Branch Compliance Officer
