Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the success of Retail Sales and Customer Service teams within the branch
• Drive a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and provide financial advice
• Coach team members on an individual basis to achieve personal and branch-wide goals
• Execute business strategies and initiatives to meet specific individual and team objectives
• Assist in building and strengthening new and existing customer relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management and engaging diverse teams
• Background in personal banking and sales management
• Ability to build strong relationships focused on client experience and business growth
• Valid license to sell mutual funds
• Completion of the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or bank-recognized equivalent)
• Ability to meet educational requirements to act as an Alternate Branch Compliance Officer
