Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales KPIs.
• Supervise daily activities, ensuring brand standards for merchandising, marketing, and back room organization are met.
• Engage, train, and develop team members through coaching and counseling to achieve positive results.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, shipment processing, and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/SFS).
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, payroll hours, and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and associates by enforcing loss prevention and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Valid Cosmetology license.
