Assistant Manager - Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure utmost accuracy and completeness of raw sales data
• Provide insightful analysis on sales productivity, lead analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Identify and report on process gaps within the sales cycle
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and compliance through regular monitoring and clean-ups
• Collate data and documents from the team to ensure readiness for sales operations reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales data handling and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and completeness

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with CRM systems
