Assistant Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales call targets and develop new business leads for the hotel
• Prepare monthly action plans and account penetration lists for key market segments
• Conduct site inspections and entertainment meetings for potential and existing accounts
• Manage assigned accounts, including contract negotiation, renewal, and profile updates
• Monitor competitor rate strategies and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling hotel facilities and services
• Network at local business events to maintain high brand visibility
• Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Hospitality or Retail sector
• University degree in Sales & Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills
• Energetic, passionate, and innovative approach to work
