Assistant Manager - RTR Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of RTR transformation initiatives, including process improvements, standardization, and documentation.
• Work closely with the transformation lead to implement changes and track progress on the ground.
• Assist in building a stable and scalable RTR foundation for BES – India and support the migration of activities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Execute core RTR processes including General Ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Utilize SAP (ECC / S/4HANA) for journal postings, GL analysis, and data extraction.
• Support UAT, testing, and issue resolution during system or process changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements while maintaining proper documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on various RTR-related activities and follow-ups.

Requirements

• CA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com degree.
• 4–5 years of strong experience in core RTR or General Accounting (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) (mandatory).
• Deep knowledge of General Ledger accounting, month-end close, and intercompany accounting.
• Proven expertise in balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement or finance transitions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to execution.
