Assistant Manager - RTR Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform regular general accounting and track daily operational activities to address deviations
• Manage Intercompany settlements, including overdue reviews, reconciliations, and timely cash application
• Oversee Balance Sheet hygiene by performing governance and sample reviews of account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GPM and GFCF requirements through regular monitoring and review
• Drive on-time closure of Month End Reporting, including variance analysis and insightful commentary for leadership
• Deliver key KPIs related to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Lead governance calls with stakeholders and third-party service providers to steer process improvements
• Act as the single point of contact for operational queries and assist with statutory and internal audits

Requirements

• Qualified CA/CMA with up to 4 years of experience, or semi-qualified CA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Deep expertise in the Record to Report (R2R) process and strong accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in SAP (specifically FI and CO modules)
• Strong understanding of GFCF, SOX, and internal/external audit requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Awareness of Power BI and workflow management tools
