Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the HR ServiceNow implementation cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, unit testing, system testing, and deployment
• Perform platform configuration, system modeling, and configuration of data flows and workflows
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional areas
• Handle ServiceNow version upgrades and provide ongoing production support
• Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP API integrations to enhance platform capabilities
• Support application development, security, dashboards, and reporting

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with specific expertise in the HRSD module
• Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript scripting and ServiceNow platform configuration
• Deep knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, ITSM, and Document Management
• Experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Administrator certification
• Experience with CMDB and ITBM
