Assistant Manager - RNA

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AgentFlow, and AutoGen
• Implement orchestration strategies, multi-agent collaboration, tool integration, and memory/state management
• Establish MLOps pipelines covering the complete model lifecycle, including training, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment
• Utilize tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and vector databases to ensure reliable deployments and optimize infrastructure costs
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain and building AI agents
• In-depth knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Web development skills in FastAPI, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with data integration using REST APIs and SQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs and GenAI solutions in production environments
• Exposure to multi-agent workflows such as CrewAI, LangGraph, and AutoGen
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI deployment best practices
• Experience working on client-facing engagements or cross-functional AI initiatives
• Demonstrable expertise through publications, open-source contributions, or personal AI projects
