Assistant Manager - Revenue Insight Center

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex FP&A reporting, revenue waterfalls, and variance analysis
• Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting
• Prepare management presentations with clear financial insights and recommendations
• Partner with CFO, Billing, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis on critical business questions
• Build, maintain, and update financial models to support decision-making

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivots, formulas, and workbook maintenance
• Excellent analytical, research, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a global financial services environment
• Revenue reporting or Salesforce reporting experience
• Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase, Power BI, or AI tools
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executive management
• Proven ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
