Assistant Manager - Revenue Insight Center

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A subject matter expertise for a software revenue-driven business unit
• Prepare monthly revenue waterfalls, variance analysis, and management presentations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close, forecasting, and annual operating planning
• Analyze revenue drivers, pipeline, backlog, installations, and retention metrics
• Partner with CFO, Billing, and Accounting teams to resolve reporting and revenue issues
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and develop or update financial models
• Collaborate across geographies to improve consistency, accuracy, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 6–9 years of FP&A experience
• Experience supporting a software-based business or product line
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and senior stakeholder expectations under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, Power BI, Alteryx, or Salesforce 360
• Background in software revenue recognition and complex revenue streams
• Experience supporting senior executives in a front office environment
