Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, including hiring, coaching, and development
• Drive results in specific focus areas or shifts through effective scheduling and inventory management
• Analyze data to make strategic recommendations regarding resource allocation and workflow
• Ensure high-quality customer experience by monitoring order accuracy and fulfillment speed
• Tackle onsite escalations and coordinate with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, or Fulfillment
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven ability to manage high-performance teams of 5+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables)
• Flexibility to work regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a rapidly growing startup or ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving skills
