Responsibilities
- Answer reservation requests promptly and politely while recording complete details per standard procedure
- Handle all incoming enquiries efficiently to convert them into confirmed bookings
- Manage daily reservation filing and correspondence
- Maximize sales and room occupancy rates through effective enquiry handling
Requirements
- Guest-focused personality
- Experience with Opera or a related reservation system is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
