Assistant Manager - Reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A (Controlling) end-to-end processes including transformation, transition, and digitization
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in compliance with IFRS
• Drive organizational change management and process transformation
• Set up, review, and baseline business and operational KPIs
• Present financial performance updates and key metrics to stakeholders and C-level management
• Manage multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Oversee Free Cash Flow forecasting and propose corrective actions
• Support global colleagues by providing data integrity reports and analyzing results for operational steering

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in leading FP&A processes
• Qualified Accountant (CA) or Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance
• 5+ years of experience in driving organizational change management
• Experience leading large teams (50+ FTEs)
• Proficiency in SAP, MicroStrategy, Tagetik, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of margin, stock, and profitability in a wholesale environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and C-level communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods industry
• Background in Lean Six Sigma
• IFRS Certification
• Exposure to IT industry or running IT projects (Automation/ERP implementation)
• International exposure (minimum 6 months)
