Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance for all cosmetic products marketed in Americas, including formula review, packaging, and claims
• Initiate testing required for regional compliance
• Lead all product registration activities for the Americas
• Manage artwork approvals for all US markets
• Handle PIF documents and CPSRs
• Lead data collection for packaging information for global EPR reporting
• Provide regulatory intelligence by monitoring new US federal and state legislation
• Lead post-market surveillance and maintain safety documentation
• Collaborate with NPD, Product Development, and Marketing teams to enable compliant launches

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs role
• Solid experience and knowledge in the makeup and cosmetics industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
