Assistant Manager, Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Direct recruiting processes for the Denver office, including summer, new, and lateral associate recruiting
• Plan and manage the summer program, including budget, calendar of events, and high-profile recruiting events
• Coordinate national and regional searches for targeted practice groups and specialized areas
• Provide dedicated support for lateral attorney recruiting, including interview scheduling and candidate tracking
• Collaborate with practice group management to ensure robust integration for lateral attorney hires
• Support Supreme Court hiring efforts by sourcing and onboarding SCOTUS clerks
• Track onboarding processes, including conflicts clearance, reference checks, and background verifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of legal recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm environment
• Experience with applicant tracking software
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and executive functioning skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work overtime and attend evening events as necessary
