Assistant Manager: Q-Commerce Logistics

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage rider capacity based on demand forecasts to ensure optimal allocation and reduced delays
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery time, order fulfillment, and rider productivity
• Oversee rider onboarding, engagement, retention, and the fair distribution of orders
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational updates and performance insights
• Monitor project profitability by analyzing operational costs, revenue, and margins to identify optimization opportunities
• Implement continuous process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Q-commerce, e-commerce logistics, or last-mile operations
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning and rider operations
• Proven experience in project profitability analysis, cost control, and margin management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and data analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
