Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Drive sales performance and ensure daily sales targets are met
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches
• Manage floor activities including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash operations
• Resolve customer and operational issues proactively to maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
• Experience as a key holder responsible for store security and operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations effectively
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic English proficiency for effective communication with global partners
