Assistant Manager - Project Management (DNOX components)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead customer project deliverables in component engineering
• Estimate and plan component level project costs and resources
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans
• Lead Engineering Product Quality and Preventive Quality management processes
• Supervise innovation management processes to solve product or customer concerns
• Assess technical evaluations of design changes and provide consultation to customer teams
• Drive project management processes adhering to regulations and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive engineering
• 2-5 years of project management experience related to IC engine components
• Advanced knowledge of internal combustion engines and connected systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and procurement processes for auto components
• Knowledge of auto component lifecycle management processes
• Proficiency in engineering drawings, geometrical design, and tolerance
• Competency in BES methodology and tools including FMEA, DRBFM, Focus analysis, and 8D
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
