Assistant Manager, Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric strategies and product operations
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Brand Associate and Expert teams
• Implement action plans to maximize store efficiency and productivity
• Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing culture
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience
• Perform Service Leader duties and manage assigned areas of responsibility

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficiency with retail technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 30 pounds
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others
