- Implement action plans to maximize store efficiency and productivity
- Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing culture
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
- Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience
- Perform Service Leader duties and manage assigned areas of responsibility
Requirements

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others
