Assistant Manager - Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the value proposition and messaging for FinnAxia, our flagship lending platform.
• Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for product launches, upgrades, and regional expansions across India, MEA, and SEA.
• Develop high-impact sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battle cards, ROI calculators, and case studies.
• Collaborate with demand generation teams to design account-based marketing (ABM) programs and pipeline-building campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to track competitor offerings and identify emerging trends in transaction banking.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between Product, Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.
• Support large deal pursuits with customized storytelling and solution positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product or solution marketing within the banking domain.
• Deep expertise in transaction banking platforms.
• Proven track record of driving marketing strategies in global markets, specifically India, MEA, and SEA.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and the specific needs of banking buyers.
• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, Global Payables, or Global Receivables.
• Experience working directly with banks on transaction banking modules.
• Familiarity with regulatory nuances across different global regions.
• Experience in analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester), competitor intelligence, and large deal support.
