About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end new hire training, nesting, and performance during the initial 30-60-90 day period.
- Design and execute process training plans in collaboration with clients.
- Assess the effectiveness of training materials, SOPs, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Conduct Process Knowledge Tests (PKT) and facilitate refresher training based on QA findings.
- Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) and regular calibrations with QA teams to support BAU operations.
- Identify Early Warning Signals (EWS) in employee performance and provide targeted coaching and interventions.
- Maintain training governance, including the preparation and publishing of training reports and dashboards.
- Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) periodically.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- 3+ years of experience in the Insurance industry, specifically within P&C Insurance.
- 2+ years of experience in a training function or department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (5-day work week).
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant domain certifications in P&C Insurance.
