Assistant Manager - Process Training

Responsibilities

• Lead training for new hire batches covering domain knowledge, communications, soft skills, and travel induction
• Manage training performance deliverables including throughput, certification, and early production performance
• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and create updated training plans and intervention strategies
• Identify Early Warning Signals (EWS) in trainees and provide coaching, feedback, and one-on-one support
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide accurate, timely training reports to internal and client stakeholders
• Oversee knowledge management by conducting monthly floor checks and refresher sessions for agents

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, specifically within corporate travel
• 2+ years of experience in a training department or training function
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and German
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with non-weekend offs
• GDS certifications are considered a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems)
• Proven track record in people management and coaching environments
