About the role

Responsibilities

  • Train new hire batches on domain, communications, soft skills, and travel induction
  • Manage people by identifying Early Warning Signals (EWS) and providing coaching
  • Oversee end-to-end training deliverables including throughput, certification, and early production performance
  • Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and update pre-process training plans
  • Manage internal communication with peers, stakeholders, and clients
  • Create intervention plans including side-by-side coaching, one-on-one sessions, and classroom training
  • Ensure timely and accurate sharing of all training reports with stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of travel industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a training department
  • Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus or Sabre) is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with a 6-day work week
  • Willingness to work non-weekend offs

  • GDS Certifications
