About the role
Responsibilities
- Train new hire batches on domain, communications, soft skills, and travel induction
- Manage people by identifying Early Warning Signals (EWS) and providing coaching
- Oversee end-to-end training deliverables including throughput, certification, and early production performance
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and update pre-process training plans
- Manage internal communication with peers, stakeholders, and clients
- Create intervention plans including side-by-side coaching, one-on-one sessions, and classroom training
- Ensure timely and accurate sharing of all training reports with stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of travel industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in a training department
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus or Sabre) is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with a 6-day work week
- Willingness to work non-weekend offs
