Assistant Manager - Process Training

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess current and future training needs to develop individualized training plans
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods including mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops
• Manage end-to-end training delivery for new hires, refreshers, and ad hoc requests
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI
• Strategically manage workload and workflows for the training team to support all lines of business
• Partner with operational teams to identify refresher training needs and suggest process improvements
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding daily operational matters related to training
• Drive individual goals including training certifications and remediation deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Crime (AML, KYC, CDD, and EDD)
• Proven experience as a Training Manager with a track record of executing successful programs
• Mandatory experience in the Crypto domain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong MIS reporting, analytical, and operations management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility for rotational shifts
