About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and leadership engagement
- Develop and manage a portfolio of improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Execute data-driven projects to reduce waste, improve process flow, and enhance quality and service levels
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities and implement long-term automation strategies
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and track return on investment for improvement and automation initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and developing leaders at the Supervisor level or higher
- Strong track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvements
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable operational insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in driving safety, quality, and compliance initiatives
