Assistant Manager - Private Access Guest Experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with Private Access clients through end-to-end relationship management
• Curate and suggest bespoke, high-end experiences tailored to individual client lifestyles and needs
• Ensure seamless guest journeys by managing critical touchpoints including arrival, dining, and departure
• Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure exclusive access for guests
• Develop and communicate detailed guest itineraries to ensure flawless execution of all requests
• Maintain immaculate guest dossiers and documentation within company systems to ensure shared knowledge
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions meet Forbes 5-Star standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury brand experience focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) clientele
• Extensive knowledge of Property Management systems such as Salesforce, Patron, Opera, or Seven Rooms
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varied days and times
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, high-volume requests
