Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Drive growth-focused lead acquisition through strategic performance marketing campaigns
• Manage budget pacing and media spend to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Analyze large datasets to make data-driven decisions that impact business results
• Create clear, actionable performance content briefs for creative teams
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, and CPA
• Proactively propose and implement ideas to challenge the status quo and drive impact

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing within fast-paced startup environments
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, and Sensor Tower
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth metrics
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and media spend
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
