About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the People & Culture Department
- Maximize guest service and team experience through proactive problem resolution
- Develop and implement human resources initiatives and hotel targets
- Manage the employee life cycle, fostering growth, development, and performance
- Own the Human Resources budget and training plan
- Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, and succession plans
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
- Ability to provide creative solutions and professional advice
