Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of the People & Culture Department
  • Maximize guest service and team experience through proactive problem resolution
  • Develop and implement human resources initiatives and hotel targets
  • Manage the employee life cycle, fostering growth, development, and performance
  • Own the Human Resources budget and training plan
  • Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, and succession plans
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits
