Assistant Manager (Pediatric/Orthodontics)

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations alongside the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily workflows
• Provide high-level concierge patient care to maintain a superior patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding
• Present financial breakdowns to patients based on provider treatment plans
• Collaborate regularly with the Office Manager and provide support to direct reports as needed
• Implement policy changes and maintain compliance with all mandated regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental treatment planning or management
• Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using dental practice management software
• Experience in Pediatric or Orthodontic specialties is a plus
