Assistant Manager - P2P

Responsibilities

• Benchmark existing processes against industry leaders to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence
• Partner with IT, Process Excellence, Regional Operations, and third-party service providers to optimize upstream and downstream processes
• Manage effective programs and prototype business process solutions and tools
• Perform regular general accounting and ensure daily operational activities are tracked and deviations are addressed
• Ensure compliance with GPM and GFCF standards through regular review and monitoring
• Lead governance calls with stakeholders and third-party providers to steer process strategy and challenge the status quo
• Act as the single point of contact for operational queries and lead the resolution of identified gaps
• Support business cost-saving initiatives in coordination with Finance Business Partners
• Manage internal and external audits to ensure process integrity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Procurement processes
• Strong hands-on knowledge of P2P systems and workflows
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis for senior stakeholder presentations
• Proven ability in strong stakeholder management across multiple functions
• Experience managing third-party service providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA and Artificial Intelligence
