Assistant Manager - Order Management

Responsibilities

• Manage order intake according to defined business rules
• Book quotations based on requests from sales teams
• Process credit notes following established guidelines
• Follow up on orders in cooperation with central order management
• Book delivery notes according to defined rules
• Create sets in SAP upon request
• Perform all tasks in accordance with agreed service levels and working instructions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree
• 7-10 years of experience in an Order Management role
• Proficiency in SAP (specifically SAP SD)
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Ability to create and analyze defined reports
