Assistant Manager - Optical

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals through P&L review
• Optimize the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates to ensure timely completion of daily functions
• Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain high quality standards
• Assist the General Manager with staffing needs, recruiting, and retaining high-caliber staff
• Manage store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising
• Communicate store reporting to the General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office

Requirements

• Experience in optical sales
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success
• Ability to analyze and understand financial reports
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
