Responsibilities
- Build operations from the ground up including workflows, QA pipelines, and performance systems
- Hire, mentor, and lead a lean team
- Automate manual processes using AI and automation platforms
- Expand operations into new markets across India and APAC
- Manage vendor relationships, field coordinators, and deliveries
Requirements
- 2+ years in operations with startup experience
- 2+ years in IT Asset & Inventory Management (hardware distribution, software licenses, device offboarding)
- Proficiency with operational metrics, data reporting, and Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
