Assistant Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Implement the store's operations strategy and vision to ensure smooth business execution
• Plan and manage team member schedules, balancing labor requirements, availability, and budget
• Manage the store budget and analyze business metrics, including P&L statements and expenses
• Sustain operational excellence by ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient product processing
• Oversee omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store
• Perform people-related actions including payroll completion, approving time off, and managing shift swaps
• Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in Australia
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
• 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration
• Experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours
• Experience managing projects or operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience
• 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees
