Assistant Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade it to team members
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules based on labor requirements and budget
• Manage business data and metrics including P&L statements and expenses
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient floor operations
• Support inventory accuracy and coordinate product delivery receiving
• Execute company-level operations projects and initiatives
• Perform administrative tasks including payroll and time-off requests
• Facilitate seamless guest experiences across omnichannel programs
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations

Requirements

• 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration
• Experience with scheduling and management of labor hours
• Experience managing projects or processes
• Ability to work a variable schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to the assigned store

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1 year of retail or sales specific management experience
