About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Store Manager’s operations strategy and vision for the store.
  • Plan, prepare, and manage team member schedules considering labor requirements, availability, and budget.
  • Manage the store budget and analyze business metrics, including P&L statements and expenses.
  • Monitor progress against financial goals to support strategic planning and sales results.
  • Sustain operational excellence by ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient product processing.
  • Oversee omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.
  • Execute company-level operations projects and directives.
  • Perform people-related actions including payroll, approving time off, and managing shift swaps.
  • Lead on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in Australia.
  • Reliable transportation to the assigned store.
  • 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration.
  • Experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours.
  • Experience managing projects or processes.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees.
