Assistant Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Implement the store's operations vision and cascade goals to team members
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules based on labor requirements and budget
• Manage business enablers including P&L, expenses, cash, and facility maintenance
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate labor for efficient product deliveries
• Provide retail floor leadership to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Execute company-driven operations projects and initiatives at the store level
• Perform administrative tasks including payroll, vacation requests, and shift swaps
• Facilitate a seamless guest experience by monitoring omnichannel programs

Requirements

• 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration
• Experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours
• Experience managing projects or processes
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
• Availability to work a variable schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience
