About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Store Manager’s operations vision and cascade it to team members
  • Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules based on labor requirements, availability, and budget
  • Manage business enablers including P&L, expenses, cash, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Provide retail floor leadership to ensure efficient operations and optimal guest coverage
  • Execute company-driven operations projects and initiatives at the store level
  • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, vacation approvals, and shift swaps
  • Facilitate a seamless omnichannel guest experience, including buy online pickup in store and ship from store
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to people safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration
  • Experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours
  • Experience managing projects or processes
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
  • Availability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience
