Assistant Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Understand daily operational goals and proactively plan processes, including associate scheduling and training
• Manage warehouse opening and closing procedures
• Oversee supply inventory and manage replenishments
• Monitor quality control for inbound, outbound, verification, and support processes
• Create and maintain accurate operations documentation and procedures
• Track and troubleshoot order issues
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote a positive on-site culture
• Inspire employees and support their professional growth and development

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience managing a team in an operational setting
• Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize issues and assess productivity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and training capabilities
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
• Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods

• Knowledge of and passion for sneaker culture and industry trends
