Assistant Manager Onboarding - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Supervise the onboarding team and ensure smooth operations for all parties involved.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for selected candidates, including work permits and relocation.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies regarding pre-employment and visa procedures.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams on work visa and residence permit issues.
• Partner with the Wynn Oasis team to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners.
• Maintain efficient filing systems and prepare monthly reports for the management team.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience in a hotel or large organization.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
