Assistant Manager Onboarding - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Supervise the onboarding team and ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for selected candidates.
• Maintain relationships with agencies regarding work permits, pre-employment, and relocation procedures.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams on work visa and residence permit issues.
• Partner with the Wynn Oasis team to enhance the new joiner experience.
• Maintain efficient filing systems and prepare monthly management reports.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to company policies and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in a hotel or large organization.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
