About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute client farming activities including cold calling and relationship building
  • Collaborate with Market Analyst Group on project briefings, case studies, and due diligence reports
  • Prepare and conduct professional pitches and presentations
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients
  • Process transaction documentation including RFPs, LOIs, and building options lists
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Provide post-sales support and client engagement updates
  • Organize and facilitate client engagement activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related research courses
  • Strong research and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Inventory management skills
  • Experience in Business Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage is encouraged

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker status
