About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute client farming activities including cold calling and relationship building
  • Collaborate with Market Analysts on client submissions, project briefs, and due diligence reports
  • Prepare and conduct professional pitches and presentations
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients
  • Manage documentation for transaction management, building options, and RFPs
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of brokers
  • Provide post-sales support in coordination with the Client Engagement Coordinator
  • Support and attend various client engagement activities

Requirements

  • College degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker
