About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate business development activities through direct contact, cold calling, and external platforms
- Assist senior brokers in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Create relevant marketing materials and client lists
- Generate market intelligence and maintain an accurate client database
- Manage transactions and coordinate with internal and external parties to complete property deals
- Create proposals, presentations, and collaterals while providing pre-sale and post-sale services
- Support the Department Head with strategic business initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate industry
- Valid EAA license holder
- Broad understanding of the commercial market
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business English proficiency
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking ability is a competitive asset
